Job Duties
Search potential customers for
fresh market leasing
Handle leasing and tenancy matters
Conduct marketing research of fresh market leasing
Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
F.5 or above with minimum 3 years' relevant experience
Experience in fresh market/ retail/ mini-market/ FMCG leasing is preferred
Proactive, hardworking, independent with good communication skill
Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediate available is highly preferred
